Dear Exhibitor,

You are cordially invited to participate in the South Carolina Art Education Association’s 2014 annual statewide Staff Development Conference. This year marks SCAEA 90 years of service to art educators in South Carolina. The theme is “Mighty at Ninety “ and it will be held:

November 21-23, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Greenville

As a commercial exhibitor, you will join other businesses and institutions from across the country to reach over 400 art educators, students, and administrators from all across South Carolina.

Enclosed you will find a registration form, guidelines, proposed schedule, exhibitors facts on shipping and electrical service, and a workshop proposal. Please note that workshop proposals are due no later than July 30, 2014. Go to www.scaea.org - home page – Call for Proposals for 2014 – click on Submit Online. Fill out and submit by finalizing. This has been extended. Check website.

The final deadline for conference exhibit registration is October 31, 2014.

What’s new? Register and pay on line, register proposal on line, Options for Conference Sponsorship, early set-up, one - teacher luncheon, and meet the vendors breakfast!SCAEA likes to distribute door prizes to our members and guests, so we ask that all exhibitors donate a door prize for the Luncheon. Commercial exhibitors who indicate on the registration form that they will donate a door prize or sponsor an event through a financial or in-kind donation will receive special recognition in our conference program. If you cannot attend the 2013 SCAEA Fall Conference, but would still like to be a part of it, you may contribute a door prize. Door prizes can be sent to me in the mail or I will collect it at the conference. In the past, many of you have been extremely generous with your donations and contributions, whether attending the conference or not. SCAEA truly appreciates your generosity and support of our conference and its membership.We appreciate your interest in the 2013 SCAEA Fall Conference and look forward to your participation. Guidelines for Commercial Exhibitors

Register online – Go to www.scaea.org and register.

Click on Vendors 2014 Fall Conference and fill out – submit to finalize

Registration starts August 1, 2014 and ends October 31, 2014

SCAEA is pleased that you will join us for our fall staff development conference! The exhibitors are always the highlight of the conference. All teachers are “pack rats” and love free materials. Below are a few guidelines to ensure you and our members will have a pleasant experience. Plan to set up your display during the designated set-up time. Should you require special arrangements, please let me know.If you need electricity, please indicate on the registration form, not at the conference. You will need to bring all electrical items you need, for example, extension cords, lights, bulbs, etc. SCAEA does not furnish these items nor does the hotel.

Please set-up in your designated booth. All booths will be assigned. If you wish to change sites, please ask.

The exhibit area will open and close according to the Commercial Exhibitors Schedule. This has been developed on exhibitor feedback from previous years and around conference events.SCAEA will make every effort to ensure security for you display. Hotel staff will secure the exhibit area during closed hours. SCAEA staff will be available to assist you while the exhibits are open. Please stay with your booth or inform a SCAEA staff member should you need to leave your booth. SCAEA will not take responsibility for any missing items.SCAEA membership and board appreciate your support and involvement in our association. I am looking forward to seeing you at the conference.
